About Event

Silence is as important as sound in the architectural design process. Many architects are using silence as
a design input.

The workshop will be held under the moderation of Interior Architect Cédric Etienne and Büşra Kayıkçı.

Participants will design their own spaces of silence after discussing how they perceive it, how they imagine it, and how they relate to silence in their daily lives. The workshop will be held for 2 days, after providing theoretical information on the first day of the workshop, the design phase will begin on the second day in the direction of this information. The STILL workshop will be an online Zoom session on February 27-28!

The workshop is for senior undergraduate and graduate students of architecture.
