Founded by Çağlar İşbilir and Can Cumalı, Mono Earth explored the potential of earth in different contexts by carefully working with the material and bringing the beauty of nature into design. Through works that interpreted belonging, tactility, layering and unpredictability with reference to the material’s inherent qualities and a simple design language, the talk considered ways of reintroducing earth into spaces from which it has gradually disappeared.
