Turkey Design Council is collaborating with Finland-based design school Arkki. Arkki has been working in areas such as creativity, design-oriented and innovative thinking for the development of children's design skills for 27 years, and find the opportunity to share this experience and knowledge with children in Turkey.
Since its establishment, Turkey Design Council has been carrying out studies aimed at raising design awareness at an early age. In this direction, workshops and trainings are organized to help them develop their imagination, abilities and motor skills. Turkey Design Council collaborates with children, educators and relevant organizations for all these studies. Children are supported to develop their design-oriented skills with workshops for different areas of design such as neighborhood design and street silhouettes, paper doll design, and Pablo Picasso style portrait drawing.
